Join Our Team: Fall Youth Soccer Coordinator Needed!

The Fitzwilliam Recreation Department is seeking a structured, organized, and motivated leader to step into the role of Youth Soccer Coordinator for our upcoming Fall Youth Soccer League.

If you have a passion for community recreation, strong leadership skills, and the ability to keep a multi-week sports program running smoothly, we want to hear from you!

Position Highlights:
✔ Season Duration: 6-week season running from the week of September 7th through October 17th.
✔ Schedule: Oversight of one weekday practice and Saturday games.
✔ Compensation: $1,000 stipend position.

What We Are Looking For:
✔ Strong Leadership: Guide volunteer coaches and serve as a reliable point of contact for families.
✔ Highly Organized: Capable of managing schedules, equipment, and league logistics efficiently.
✔ Clear Communication: Excellent at keeping parents, coaches, and staff informed and aligned.
