Michelle Davis has been practicing yoga since 1994 and has been a teacher since 2003. She is an experienced certified yoga instructor, having trained at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health and at the School Yoga Institute.

Michelle has been awarded certifications at the 200, 500, 800, and 1,000 hour level. Her style is an eclectic blend of classical knowledge combined with intuitive awareness, meeting each practitioner exactly where they are on their mat.

Michelle was also voted the "BEST of MONADNOCK" in the Yoga Teacher Category this year!

Which Class is right for you?

Yin Yoga runs from from 10-11am on Wednesdays. A deeply relaxing yoga class with gentle to moderate intensity. Yin promotes the health of connective tissue with long posture holds designed to improve the flexibility and strength of the connective tissues- your ligaments, tendons, fascia, bones and joint capsules.

If you're looking for a class that is more active - flowing movements, featuring postures designed to invigorate your body, a class to challenge both your strength & flexibility join Michelle Wednesday evening from 6:30-7:30pm.

A minimum of 8 participants for each time slot is required  Once minimums are met, drop-ins will be welcome.
